Residential Lifestyles started in 1990 as Mississauga Lifestyles Realty Inc. known to the world as Mississauga Condominium Lifestyles. It was the very first niche condo resale brokerage in the Mississauga area. Salespeople were given protected territories and developed a level of expertise with that block of condo properties that simply did not exist at the time. Condo Lifestyles jumped from zero to ninth (by volume of sales) in the first year!

The company was forced to change in 1992 as a result of the market collapse of the early 1990’s. Renamed Mississauga Residential Lifestyles Realty Inc., and with Larry Taylor as Broker/Owner, Lifestyles continued to specialize in condo resales and residential resales throughout Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Etobicoke and in 2000 up to Barrie.

Because of the expansion beyond Mississauga the name was shortened to Residential Lifestyles Realty Inc.

In 2003 Residential Lifestyles developed the unique web site of condominium profiles of approximately 700 properties into a web based site we call The Condo Shop! Buyers and sellers can visit www.TheCondoShop.ca and review condo buildings in a level of detail not found anywhere else! Then, before they buy or sell, they can ask to see listings or sales histories.

Today, Residential Lifestyles Realty Inc., Brokerage, is still a small independent real estate brokerage that services all residential markets plus a plan to create a recognized “Brand” for the listing and selling of resale condo properties through The Condo Shop!

Larry Taylor, Broker of Record has pledge his support for the proper training and coaching of new and existing salespeople. As a certified adult teacher and trainer ( Georgian College – 2005) Larry devotes a significant part of his time to teaching and tutoring real estate students.
