Designed as a collaboration between Saucier+Perrotte Architectes and ZAS Architects, the development of this new residential neighbourhood in the West Don Lands precinct of Toronto marks a significant initiative within the City.  The West Don Lands is the first new revitalization project by Waterfront Toronto. It will be a neighbourhood where pedestrian friendly streets, exceptional parks and public spaces are linked with an architecture inspired by flow, movement and continuity.

River City 2 is the second phase of the River City LEED Gold carbon neutral development of 900 loft-style condos, family friendly townhouses, cafes, restaurants & boutiques that will be like nothing else in Toronto.  Stretching along the Don River and comprised of four city blocks, this new neighbourhood will be a green and sustainable community.
